We started working with AJ in 2020 when we were looking for our primary home. In fact, AJ was recommended to us by a friend. During the heights of Covid, in Aug 2020, AJ helped us buy our dream home, within a month of us starting to look, that we have been in love with ever since. What's really great about AJ is his thorough local knowledge, his very thoughtful insights into different properties, his deep understanding of what works and what does not in an offer and above all, his uncanny ability to understand what you're looking for, even if you cannot articulate it well (which is what happens most of the times, especially with first time home buyers). 5 years and 2 properties later, I will recommend AJ to anyone looking to buy their first or 10th property in Chicago or any of the suburbs.

AJ had helped me with investment properties in IL. Being an out of state investor I was bit hesitant at the beginning. I was introduced to AJ by one of my good friends who also happens to be working with AJ on investment properties . He has very good knowledge about the real estate market in IL and understands the needs of clients both for personal and investments purposes . Based on that he curates his searches/options/price range etc. Great thing about him is that he does not push on closure until he feels that the property is the ONE the buyer is looking for .
